They redid my roof and put a new gutter. Excellent customer service. He wasn't looking for extra work. Prices are fair. Came for a free estimate and was able to complete the job the following day. His team did everything in one day whereas others were giving me a run around and 2-4 days worth of work. Will be happy to use this company in the future.

Hiring First Impressions was a no brainer for me. I was referred for my outdoor kitchen/ deck installation by a friend who used them as well. I recently used First Impressions for a roof replacement and they were great! The crew was super efficient, they had my old roof off and the new one on in the same day. Everyone was friendly. They were patient with me during the selection process and I didn’t feel pressured to sign a contract like some of the other roofing companies I got estimates from.
